Get ready for the Speakeasy tour!

Yesterday, my tour-leading partner, Cindy, and I, walked the tour and talked to the store owners and staff members of the stores we will visit on our tour.  Because we are a reasonably large group, we will be dividing up when we visit the smaller stores, so we don't have to climb over one another.  There is just so much to see and do that I could truly lead a week-long tour, but for a one day deal, this will certainly be pretty awesome!

Better yet, the tour groups is getting such an awesome treat by having Cindy and her VAST knowledge available to us.  A costume and sewing professional with 40 years experience, she really has SO MUCH experience, patience, and information to share.  You guys are really in for a treat!

I can't show you pictures, or give details... it is a "speakeasy" after all...

  3. Hi Mimi! Maybe I walked right past you yesterday? I was the one going tock-tick instead of tick-tock! ;)

  4. It was great meeting you, too! Glad I spoke up when I saw Meg. :)

I left Mood with some black & white linen & some black & white cotton. Not sure what I'll do with them yet. Maybe just pet them for awhile. But sitting & sewing might be just what the doctor orders when I get home.

I think I forgot to give Meg my "real" name, but you have it. I blame it an acute case of on Mood Sensory Overload. ;)

P.S. -- I exercised the power of dropping the name STGD @ a certain store. Your tour group is going to save some serious buckaroos, if that was any indication. (I'll e-mail you the funny details when I get home.)

    1. Patience my dear...patience! :) Actually, my roaming e-mail is messed up so I need to get home & see what's going on.

And reading my last post here, my travel netbook obviously scrambles the sentences I type at will... Geez!
