ReplyDeleteThanks Mimi, this is an excellent idea. I've completed the survey but noticed the checkboxes asking about concerns is formatted so that you must have a concern and can't leave this blank. I've had excellent service from the online stores I've used and wrote this in the comments field, but it wouldn't let me submit my feedback without checking at least one concern, so this may bias the results. I suspect it is an option in the form admin? Just thought I'd let you know.

Thanks for that! It didn't occur to me that anyone might not have a concern, and I would imagine that it is rare, so I may change that question by asking someone with no concerns to write "none".
